matarsha you can run your pes 2017 smoothly on 1.3hz processor(AMD 2000) by:

(i): turn on your pc
(ii) go to your file browser
(iii) right click your local disk(c:)
(iv) then choose pc properties
(v) click on defragmention,then defragment your pc
(vi) then go to your browser,search for pes17hipper.rar file and download it
(vii) after downloading it,then extract it and view the option,
on the left "indux" on right side "defragpes17"
(viii) then defrag it&enjoy your pes 17 on AMD(2000) &1.3hz processor
